Watercolours and a little gouache over an ink drawing.

I like this time of year when the crocuses and some of the first daffodils are out. Technically still winter but I consider it to be early spring. It's so full of promise.

I actually still like the old one. It has a kind of light and airy feeling which I tried to replicate and I think I didn't do too terribly although it's not as easy with watercolours. I like this new version too but there are a couple of things I'm not happy about. Oh well, it is what it is.
