Totally spies: Bulk Out Pt 1 wipCABO SAN LUCAS GYM
It was a hot Saturday morning over at the new and improved Cabo San Lucas Gym. It had been over ten years since the incident with The Bulky Bars made by the villain Ulrich Wernerstein (also known by several WHOOP agents as Operation: Incredible Bulk). After the place was repaired by some generous backers (i.e., Jerry called in some favors) with some new additions on the spot. Including an all-new juice bar, work out equipment and even some indoor showers. One of the patrons a blond woman in her 30's wearing a black bikini walks over to her boyfriend a burly young man wearing Shorts who had just gotten through lifting a 250 lb barbel. "Hey Tom!" said the blond who just brought over a bottle of water for him. "Oh hey Cindy just got through doing my reps," said Tom. "I'm going to head to the showers; I also got you this new energy bar" Tom hands Cindy the energy bar wrapped in orange packaging labeled "Bulker-Bars."
"Oh thanks, Tom," said Cindy as Tom went to the shower

The spies are just working out
Alex and company then meet Raymond again whose now the owner of the Gym
After a bit of catching up the girls are then called in Jerry and are told of the incident with Lucy and Levy
Jerry then mentions several other WOOHP agents (the ones you've mentioned to me) and their professions and how they were affected by the Bulker Bars.
They then remember about Ulrich Wernerstein and believe that he has something to do with it
The Girls then head over to the prison he's being held at ala Hannibal Lecter
