Long years of forgotten past
With things I never did and things you never said
White stains on a black wall
Winter sky is heavy on my soul
Poseidon looking down through vintage milky glass
Like a full moon that is always there but never cares
Thrown aside like wet coats after a storm
Left here to accept my destiny at the end of the road
Behind the Vintage milky glass of my forgotten past
But eternity can still wait for me
Commemorated in your mind as something you once saw
As something that once stuck, then carried in your memory
