This was my entry for Blizzard's Starcraft Propaganda Poster contest. Actually, it's an improved version of the one I actually submitted. Either way, didn't win. /cry

Zerg obviously. I'm a Kerrigan fan.

Knowing the calibur of talented people who usually enter Blizzard's art contests, I figured I'd have been thrilled just to make the top 10, but probably wouldn't even make that. And I didn't, so I was right, though I think I might have had a better shot if Blizzard hadn't completely screwed the voting process to favor the entrants on page 1...

Buuuuuut... Figured I might as well try, either way.

I'd like to have spent more time working on it before I submitted... tweaked a few more things... played with it a little more... maybe moved around some of those zerg in the background... but I wanted to have it submitted before midnight on the deadline, and ultimately time didn't allow for that stuff... so... meh.

I wanted to get it in because their rules said the entries are due "July 8th before 12:00 pm" which is rather unclear... since 12 can be both AM and PM at noon or midnight... technically...

Confusing.

So anyway, I figured better to cover my bases and have it in before midnight the 7th.

I'm happy with it. It didn't win, but I still like it.
