Wow, it's MUCH nicer. I could tell before you even mentioned "improved version". It looks so much softer and the colours that are dark don't look so heavily put on, there's a background that fills the space better and the contrast is just right, as opposed to the one beforel, and thsi one looks less waterlogged.
I liked the other one, don't get me wrong, but this one is definitly an improvement. You're coming along in your skills, lovely work.
I especially like the eyes, they are really well done.
