''Fifty two weeks.
Fifty two pictures, and texts.
When I started this project, I was inmersed in the cold winter.
All my texts would belong to it, passionately inspired by the pain some people might have caused me.
But as the winter was fading, and spring was coming, I left all that nightmare behind because I started to swim into the deepest meaning of spring.
New ambitions and realities would catch me by surprise, new loves and new special people, things I've never experienced before, moments I will never forget and long hours on the street, wandering around with my peers. It was time for summer to appear, so it did, and with it the long battle to amuse myself while the heat was invading every little place of my now deserted city, the cold was leaving, and so did I. I travelled to the passionate Italy and I fell in love with the green Switzerland. Once I was back in Spain, I started one of the hardests school years I'd ever face.
One year ago, I was sat, writing a little text along with a picture and little did I know that writing would become so important to me and that I'd find a new way of expressing myself. I was sunk by the emptiness of winter, wishing with all my heart to become a better photographer, to thanks the people that have inspired me by inspiring some other people, I was encouraged, facing a new year without knowing yet what would happen. And everything happened, maybe not the things I wanted, maybe I didn't get everything I wanted, but I found out what is important on my teenage years, and that was the best serendipty of them all.
And here am I, one year later with the same dreams but I can proudly say I'm on the way of achieving them.

Thank you so much for reading and following along with me this project.
''

Okay. I can't believe it's over. I can't believe that this project, who helped me so much to develop my photographic skills came to an end. Wow. One whole year. I want to thank to every single person who saw all my pictures, or just a week. To every single person who read the text that came along and tried to understand what I was going through. To everybody who knows about this project. Thank you very very much, because this project has shown me how marvelous can photography be, how it can reflect every little inch of my life, and how writing can express every single thought that I have for a whole year. It's amazing, thank you very very much.

Gingershots In reply to Starshot-seeker [2012-01-29 00:08:18 +0000 UTC]

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Starshot-seeker In reply to Gingershots [2012-02-03 06:26:34 +0000 UTC]

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Starshot-seeker In reply to Gingershots [2012-02-18 09:06:14 +0000 UTC]

Gingershots In reply to Starshot-seeker [2012-07-02 13:28:47 +0000 UTC]

👍: 0 ⏩: 1

Starshot-seeker In reply to Gingershots [2012-07-24 06:16:25 +0000 UTC]

I love the picture, and I hope to find the time to look back on this entire project of yours, to read the text along with it, and of course try to understand. It's so interesting, even just this, to peer into someone else's view, to hear their reasonings and thoughts. The events that happen to them. We're all unique individuals, and all have our stories to tell.

We all have our ways of telling it.

It's different for everyone, but you have chosen one intriguing way that appeals to the eye of many; photography. "A picture is worth a thousand words." The words would be different from everyone who sees it, no matter how deep they dig for their own meaning or how little they try. Of course, there is always the true, intended meaning that will keep the photographer sentimental to it, which is what I wish I could ask every painter in history about, or every photograph I see that is known to have purpose.

This is a wonderful photo, beautifully taken and made. Again, I'll try to view all of this project's photos from the beginning! Congrats on finishing!

Aww thank you very very much! I really appreciate your effort of seeing my whole project and specially reading the texts that comes along as well!
And you are totally right. 'Every person is a world', that's why art is so amazing, we can all express the same wings in different ways, and they can be all beautiful!
