Happy v-day! Don't eat too much cake and chocolate today
Not that I really needed v-day as an excuse to bake, but I wanted to create something that would fit the day. Optical wise I am very happy, but the recipe was not that fancy. And I will never ever get used to american buttercream... how can you eat such extreme sweet stuff all the time? I already used less sugar, but still... had to eat something savory afterwards

You have a dab hand for sculpting/shaping icing, some nice work there indeed.
