Description
This is a recent work where I filled a window with multi-coloured balloons. It creates the illusion of the room being full of Balloons when it is in fact a thin layer of balloons up against the window. The Balloons also attract any passers by to this part of the building which they may not have noticed otherwise. The colour from the balloons detracts from the buildings plain and boring look, brightening up the building. With this piece I aimed to achieve a sense of fun and amazement within the viewer, an opportunity for them to stop and notice the colour that is all around us amongst the Grey of the everyday.
