Bullzeye from Extreme Dinosaurs
Bullzeye have just been uplifted by Argor from his feral state.
Side note
Bullzeye was voiced acted by Jason Gray-Stanford. Jason was diagnosed with heart failure due to a blood clot had entered his heart in 2018. He received a heart transplant in Nov 2020 which without it he had three or four more weeks to live.
