I love the effect that the splashing water has against the dock/whatever it is. And I love how bright this picture is. It's pretty much engulfed in light. There's hints of blue, and it's darkest towards the dock/whatever it is, which, I don't know, it really works for me. lol I'm terrible at describing pictures, but there you go. Very prettttyyyy.
