Ya, they can be good sometimes, just have to have good light, such as the sun, haha. Too bad it didn't have a zoom button.
That's a good time to take great photos, you have all the light you possibly need.

I'd prefer daylight fest with overcast sky these days. Like at Tuska almost all my pics sucked cos the sun gives just too much contrast... and Immortal with black and white makeup plus the sun was a true disaster.

Oh yes, I like the overcast sky, it does give good light, its soft not dramatic. I haven't taken many pictures in it though. Black and white makeup in the bright sun, I'm sure that sucked a bit. I agree with the sun giving off some high contrast.
