Meet Cowboy, the former Ryder. Dr. Magnus rescued Ryder after his bull riding accident. He used cybernetic technology to repair him and make him better than before. Cowboy is now one strongest superheroes of The Collective also having a special way with animals and controlling them. He also has a cybernetic spine along with being injected with nano-probes that repaired and enhanced his internal structures, giving him his super abilities.
