A friend of mine and I managed to convert the Velvet (XNALara model) to MMD:
Velvet Crowe (MMD Model - Download!) - Unfortunately, its still a WIP since the pose and motion data doesn't work and there are no facial features.

Having this pre-rigged really helped. For VRChat, all I had to do was connect a few bones, delete chest bone, and her left hand bones/mesh. Looking forward to seeing what you rig next. I rigged Innominat, Mikleo and Heldalf, but... I can't help but feel it is a tad sloppy

Do you have the unity package file for that still? I'd like to use Velvet in VRChat, but I'm not too sure how to go about setting it up.
Pretty much all I know how to do is import the unity packages, apply different shaders, and then upload them. o3o

Currently I'm trying to finish up End of Time on VRChat, and then I'm gonna piece together my rips of Aball from TOB. It's frustrating because it likes to dump a lot of objects in one spot, mix up textures, etc.

I'm trying to learn MMD rig creation (though tutorials are like they were made by 12 y/o's with ADD) so that I can rig Innominat easier as well as facials. An easy rigging solution is Mixamo. It's free. All you do is upload an OBJ or FBX file, place markers where body parts are, and it will generate a fully functioning rig for you, and has hundreds of animations to apply to it. It's not foolproof and doesn't work with all rigs, but it's for quick n easy rigging.

Well yes, I learnt yesterday that you can make parts optional directly in XNalara, something like Options > Make parts optional.

Beautiful model, and I mean not only as character, but tech aspect too: clean mesh (no duplicated vertices), good rig, and special thanks for the FBX version (which is btw under DAE link, and DAE under FXB here).

i using mmd is there a pmx or pmd file for Velvet Crowe and the other characters from Tales of Berseria if not can u create a pmx file of Velvet and the others? I like this model you have but i only use pmx and pmd file. I like playing the Tales series especially Berseria.

For some reason XNA Posing Studio won't display her hair and I can't select her at all in regular XNALara. I'm using the XNA model.
