turns out combining a really soft and really hard design into one is tricky - I struggled with this one for a while! Hope the end result looks okay ;v;
based on the one parent's trait list the glowy lightning effect seems to be a marking - so that is exactly what it is here ^^
rolled a common mutation on this dude too!
