It does, however, make you seem pretty damn desperate.
Your god is as real as any other god of any other religion out there. Odin, Zeus, Vishnu, Allah, Yahweh ... same difference. Either they're all real, or none of them are. The idea that only one of them, out of all the ridiculous claims there are, is real to the exclusion of all others is, frankly, absolutely nonsensical. Your god isn't real.

Yeah, and one might argue that christians, jews and muslims worship the very same being, but they'd all disagree with you on that, claiming the others worship an idol or whatever bullshit they might make up.
Point is still, no religion has any truth claims that can put it above any other religion. They're all of equal validity, objectively. So either they're all true, or they're all false. Favoring one to the exclusion of all the others makes no sense.

I mean, its a known fact. if you sick (example) and found an medicen that will DESTROY whatever you're sick of, but you don't believe it will do, it will never remove your sickness. that's a well-known fact :/
just try it again...DO NOT have any doubt that your God is real. and put in your mind that he can do everything with ease, all what you have is just to pray hard.....you'll do it next time
me too I was believing in Him, but wasn't praying. when I first start praying, my little cat got injured (I have no idea what happened to him. car hit him maybe?) his left front leg is broken. his left ear cut off. I almost drive insane (not from God) until my mother told me its a test from Allah. now he walk and play like nothing happened (only walk now on three legs instead of four

No that's not a well known fact because it's not true.
You're thinking of the placebo effect where if you give a sick person a sugar pill or something like a drink of water and say that it will cure them and they believe it will then sometimes it does.
This was back when I genuinely believed in god. It didn't work. Ironically it was prayer that destroyed my faith in god.
