Requested by ~danio13 , and we're back to the ponies!Somehow i got from the reference given that Pulsa would be a tall, lanky pony, not quite celestia big, but just tall. And im glad i got that vibe because it helps keeping my track record of ponies with a lot of visually different pony types.
