Many people ask if this comic is going to be a romantic drama. (I cry) Everything up to now was just a prologue to show that Nick and Judy are now closer (to the point of dating) 7 months after the nighthowler incident. We, GlumHum and Xzylo, are looking forward to bring you the next chapters; where we will be introducing you, the readers, to the darker side of Zootopia; and the main story of this comic. Yes, the genre of this comic is going to be Crime/Drama
Can't wait to show you a new threat that will be coming to Zootopia soon...

My theories are:
1 - a maniac (more of Hannibal Lecter's type);
2 - Bellwether's sleeper agents;
3 - something supernatural (an ancient spirit of the land the city stands on, disturbed by fanatics/children).
I don't know which one is worse.

I didn't watch X-files. Just because it wasn't interesting for me. The third theory is just some of my fantasy, inspired by a couple of episodes from "The Last Airbender". And I agree with you: the first two options are much easier to understand.
