i think my issue with this one is that the middle and final look so similar. i think they both look like they should be middle stages idk

Hmm I will try my best to point out some flaws I can detect and can be improved.
The first sprite us really neat, it however imo needs more color relation.
What I mean is the colors still kinda contradict and they need more contrasting.
So here's a tip, instead of using a plain gray, add some purple hue to it to make it blend with the blue areas.

I'll leave it up to you on how to improve the other 2 sprites.
