Description Testing out a FREE open source paint program called MyPaint. (My brother happen to run across it!) It has a great combination of Photoshop and SAI options. Though for really smooth line copy, SAI is still better. However there are a lot more options and I really like a lot of the brushes better (and you can create your own). It is definitely smoother then the Photoshop Elements that came with my tablet. Check out the gallery on the program's site!! Amazing artwork has been created with this!! And, did I mention that it was free?!
Anyway, this was a doodle of my OC Gareth that I did up quick with the charcoal brush (which I fell in love with right away!).

can I ask how you upload your art? did you crop it at Paint? do you use any device? because i cant upload an ora file to tumblr or any website..and if i crop it, it seems like.... it doesnt have the actual size..

Hello! Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you! I haven't been real active lately. About your question. Yes. Unfortunately you won't be able to upload it as an ora file. But when you go to save your project make sure you click "save as" and then once the screen pops up where you can enter the name of your file there is a drop down box in the lower right corner, right above the buttons "cancel" and "save". There you can change the type of file you save it as. Both PNG and JPEG are accepted here. It should save it the size that you have drawn it. I hope that helps!! Still save an ora file in case you have layers. The PNG and JPEG will not save separate layer information. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Isn't that cool?! I honestly think that this program has some of the best simulated brushes. They even work like the real thing! It's awesome! XD
