Oh you know...Hueco Mundo's Medical penguins. They're not very good, which is why Orihime was brought over. Now they're getting revenge since she took their place. They hired Skinny-Mr-I-Hate-Nel-Man to distract Ichigo and Orihime while they carry off Grimm-Kitty to prove how useful they are. Fear the penguins. FEAR THEM!!!

lol, secret hollow medical penguins? sounds like the stuff off my crack comic, if i could draw penguins or had any scenes in hueco mundo, which i don't after the first page, or don't plan on having...
i don't really think that nnoitra needed to be hired, per se, rather suggested into fighting nel and ichigo. i reall miss poor grimmy... and ulqui, but i don't think even magical penguins can help him.
