It’s time to take up arms and get in on the action in the new Homefront: The Revolution Freedom Fighters Contest! Your mission, if you choose to accept it: illustrate an inspirational portrait of one or more freedom fighters positioned before a war-ravaged version of one of three famous American revolutionary landmarks in Philadelphia the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, or Valley Forge. Rules & Judging

The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time on March 1, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on March 20, 2016.

  • Entrant must be at least 18 years old as of March 1, 2016 to be eligible to enter the Contest. Entrant may reside anywhere in the world;
  • Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on March 20, 2016 and must be submitted through the contest gallery on DeviantArt;
  • Membership to www.deviantart.com is required to enter the Contest. Membership to www.deviantart.com is free;
  • Your entry must depict one or more revolutionary patriots as interpreted by the Entrant in front of one of three American revolutionary landmarks (the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall or Valley Forge) that has been damaged in battle;
  • Your entry must be at least 3000 pixels in the shortest length;
  • Your entry must be in landscape orientation;
  • Your entry may reference and may be inspired by but not actually duplicate visual materials provided at the Contest Site and/or images of the landmarks;
  • May not contain excessive blood or gore and/or depict actual violence;
  • Other requirements and restrictions apply, so please read the Official Rules carefully.

The three winners will be selected by Deep Silver’s Product Marketing Manager, Ryan Avery, its Global Brand Manager, Huw Beynon and its Senior Art Director, Philipp Foly.

The 25 semi-finalists will be chosen by a panel of full-time DeviantArt Staff.

All judges will use the following criteria in whatever degree the judges believe appropriate;

I had problem with my internet and when I was trying to submit my entry to the Homefront - The Revolution Contest. My internet started to bug and didn't want to submit my entry.
And I had it in before the contest was finished. And it it says that I'm in when I'm looking at my entry.
But when I looking in the View Entries, I can't find my work in there anywhere!
SO PLEASE PLEASE, help me to put it in there. I've really worked my ASS off with this entry, and I don't want my internet to be the cause for me to not be able to join this contest!
Please, can you put me in there.

If it shows the cagey then it's in the contest category already. Change your browsing settings to see and the have been a lot of entries submitted so yours may be in another page.

Hey guys. 
Couldn't choose Homefront contest category, though hen I submited there was about 30-45 minutes left. It said "This category is closed for submission". Why? What did I do wrong, it's my first contest here.
I see others work submited much later and they in right category. ah.

Anyway, goodluck everyone, hope your effort would be rewarded.

I don't know, did you refresh the tab or left it open? The time displayed could be wrong if not up to date.

Also, I think there's was a bug, maybe still is, in precedent contest I have done, where the limit for submission is regulated by your computer's clock. So if your local time zone is in advance compared the DA contest's local date closure, your computer's clock can stop you from posting your entry because you are locally the day after. If it happens simply change your date back on your computer for the time of your submission.
