you know those awesome ideas you get? temporary flashes of brilliance that are totally win...but by the time you find paper or bust out Photoshop its totally gone from your mind? (happens to me more than id like to admit)..... this was one of them took me about an hour using a soft normal brush at different sizes and opacitys, the science isent a 100% but bear with me....

The heart nebula is a huge man made cloud of dust and ionized gas created in the year 4750, made when humans first colonized the heavens and compiled together a millenia of advanced technology from the different alien races they encountered, daring to take on construction projects no other civilization ever dared to. The "heart nebula" is the largest factory in all of existence how so? humans use the heart nebula to create yellow dwarfs (stars) which they then sell to the highest bidder (bidding starts at a billion) looking to create a planet (thats a whole other process) suitable for life to flourish. That "individual" or "company" then "rents" the planet to humans or other races and collects rent from them every year simply put its all one big ass real estate agency.

in the current story timeline, as the seemingly one sided war rages it now serves as Xs head quarters and one of his greatest weapons, he can use it to toss stars at planets, his own personal "game ender" he only uses it when hes truly bored.....
