Dancing fingers
                On precious skin,
The marks left
Deep and brutal,
                       Broken child.

Eyes deep set in swollen skin,
                Scars, scars
the blood in flowing
From moon shaped
                 Blades of nail.

Morning coming,
                 Revealing blood,
THe marks left
Can't be seen,
Can't be healed,
                       Shattered child.
