It's Tris Prior and Four/Tobias (<---luv him) from the book Divergent, in My Little Pony form.
I used genralzoi's pony creator game to design the ponies (really good game!) so pony credits go to him
This is based off of Divergent by Veronica Roth, one of my favorite books

Its like, when getting your cutie mark is the same as the choosing ceremony. So they both chose dauntless and therefore got dauntless cutie marks

But every pony has their own unique cutie mark.
Tris= Abnegation hand(or hoof) making Dauntless Fire maybe?
Tobias= Dauntless fire warming Abnegation hand (or hoof)?
