mannn this was fun
heehee charmander doesn't seem to know that he nearly fell into the pit of no return, he's just happy to be biting something. silly boy. but nevermind him, he's just a kid! 
and tyhplosion is just...being extra o.0
well originally houndoom was going to be there, kind of looking up from the pit as charmander is tail-lifted up, but then... the perspective got all screwed up and !@#$#@ houndoom disappeared!
lucario wasn't going in cos i never liked lucario's anatomy. he was a weird shade of blue and looked too human-like for my liking. heh.
oh manz i have lots of stuff on my list. up next is my app for poke-palace which i just found out about like... yesterday... and is due um.. tmr...?

I really like this!! I have Typhlosion and Ampharos and i reacently got a shiny charmander!! it's cool to see "Amp" and "Pyro" working together to save Charmander X3

Really cute pic, and nice composition too. ^^
The only thing I could nick-pick about is the lack of more red light on Charmander, even if you put it in his eyes at least. Also, the background could have been more detailed, but I like it anyway.

yeah it's kind of hard to differentiate a typhlosion and and a quilava from this angle :S i'm glad you like it! i used mostly paint tool sai for this one and i'm not very good at it, so i'm glad it came out okay

Firstly, I want to tell you how beautiful the colors are. Even though the charmander is in peril, the bright colors make me feel encouraged that it will make it out of there okay. The stretch of the ampharos' body works very well against the length of the image and serves to trick the eye into believing the hole is deeper.
Your typhlosion is nice, but because of the forced perspective used, it was hard for me to tell it was a typhlosion and not a quilava from this particular angle.

I really like your style. The colors are nice, too. The fur detail on Typhlosion could use some work. A little more of it, and less regular. Other than that, though, it's very cute.

This is a stunning piece of work you should feel proud of! Not only are the pokemon absolutely perfect, but the background is beautiful. I'm very impressed with the pit walls and how they're lit in particular. The flowers are really cute too!
