This is based on my webcam (See my userpage)If you want to use this, please say somewhere in the post that the base was made by me.
And Please post a link to the one you made with this, but here's some rules.
1. You MAY change the eye colour.
2. Please, do NOT frankendoll this base with others!
3. Give Credit.
4. Leave a comment below with the link to it, in case you broke a rule D8
5. Please download the base and save it for best pixel results.
6. If you want your friends to use it, please say you didn't make it and make them give credit to meh >8D
