a genie who was born from a love potion made into a vessel. she was a teenage girl when struck by a Car, she was critically wounded and would not have lived long enough to see the EMTs arrived. The accident happened infront of 'one of those phony magicial remedies' shops, except it was real, the owner thinking quickly grabbed a bottle, which happened to be a love potion, poured the contents out and made it into a genie's vessel. and used it to save her life, however she would have to live it as a Love Genie, a choice she made when he performed the spell. if she were set free she would die.
her mission to spread love. being a specialized genie she has unlimited wishes but only able to grant wish that related to the topic of love. standard rules don't apply, she can force love, the only things related to love she can't do is kill, terminate a relationship (though she can help a person break a relationship through coaching) or make people forget about loved ones. and she can't. cure the wound she sustained if she were to be return to being human
