I find it interesting how you've, whether intentionally or not, established a method for differentiating between a shadow in motion and a still shadow. Your still shadows all blend together under a single, rough texture that feels stagnant, like old, musty air that isn't going anywhere. Your "shadows in motion", however, use lines to indicate the active direction, and solid black when two active shadows (the wheel and the road) would otherwise connect in a confusing way.
I'm sure it's been done elsewhere, but I don't think I ever really thought about it until now. Must mean your art uses it well. ^^

I like the perspective of the cars. The white car feels as if it is coming directly at the viewer. The composition of this piece looks nice. I like how much detail is in the bottom 2/3's of the page, while the top half is bare. I find the contrast between the top and bottom interesting. The characters have nice expression. The woman on the left feels intense, and full of authority. While the woman on the right looks nonchalant; these two characters tell a funny story. I really like the manga effects on this piece. The dirt coming off the wheels feels dynamic. I especially like the lines on the ground. The lines vary in thickness and spacing; this adds interest to the piece.
