Val, you ding dong, this is why we don't throw rocks at unknown things. Sometimes there's bees in 'em.Aannd the animation is done! What started out as an experiment in perspective became a fully-fledged-fully colored thingy, lmao. I'm really happy with how this looks! Most of it was experimenting with ToonBoom features and nodes. Would you believe that what took the longest was figuring out what they're running from XD

This is really great! I can learn a lot from this for my own animations.

I really enjoy it! The only other program I've really worked with for animation is Photoshop and it's much better than that. You do need a good computer tho. On my laptop, it works fine, but on my school's desktop, it does like to crash. Either way, autosave is a great feature that should be turned on LOL
I'm a really big fan of it's interface and features. My favorite thing is how easy coloring is on it. If you realize after the animation is done that a certain color is a little off, you just adjust the color on the pallet and it updates that color for the entire animation. Made it real easy to adjust these guy's colors to the background I made after coloring.
But yeah! I really enjoy it for my stuff and I find it easier to work with than flash or adobe animate

Thanks, that's very helpful! I actually was looking around at comparisons between Flash/Animate and Toon Boom recently, so I appreciate that insight! I just need to find a way to convince my wallet that I can afford it...

Glad I could help! I have heard good things about Flash/Animate, but it's never worked with me, personally, haha! It might be because I do frame by frame animation rather than tweening, or it might just be that I'm not a fan of the interface
