Coincidentally enough, Team Lilac originated from over 15 years ago. GalaxyTrail never created them. A Chinese Sonic fan named ZiyoLing created them, as Sonic OCs.
ZiyoLing created the full names for Lilac and Carol; they even had Chinese names. Only Milla got a name change, with the "Bassett" appended to her full name.
Perhaps the artist wanted to distinguish Sonic-OC Lilac from FP1 Lilac.
