So, um, guys? Can I just say how much I love these two?I couldn't resist making fanart of them, nor could I NOT draw them in formal after watching the "Date with Destiny" episode.
I was inspired by the outfits Robin and Starfire wore in that episode, but tried not to just redraw them, especially where Star's dress is concerned (note the little floral and butterfly designs on the bodice of the dress. As for Robin, as awesome as he looks in his "DWD" tux, he looked so uncomfortable wearing itI, thus I have the jacket open. Also- goodness me- is that a bountiful floral arrangement he's holding? I believe so! (For his lovely lady, no doubt)
As far as drawing them goes, Starfire's pose was a bit difficult to get right, as were her eyes. For some reason I kept drawing them too bigI thought drawing Robin would be difficult because he A)is a guy, and they're always hard for me to draw, B)he's wearing a mask, and C) has spikey hair...So imagine my surprise when I finished his lineart in 10 MINUTES FLAT I was flabbergasted.

Hmmm...I guess that's all I had to say about this piece(Though I could go on all day about RobinxStarfire if you let me)

One thing I realized while making this was that of all the fictional couples that I adore, several of them involve redheaded females and dark-haired males (e.g., RobinxStarfire, WillxMatt, HarryxGinny, JamesxLily, ArielxEric...). Does that say something about me?
