I got the break on 17 XDD. In the Vask Country there's a day called Santo Tomas, we celebrated it on 18 but I'm not used to go XP Once we celebrate that, we get our winter break ^w^!

Yes, THE OTHERS do. Spain, has a place on the north called Euskadi... That's where I live... It has the same celabrations as Spain, but it has other ones too there we talk spanish, and vask. And also it has other three places passing the Pirineos, in France.

I haven't seen any of your other Blaze drawings, so I can't make any comments on improvement, but this looks pretty good to me.
By using soft brushes for lineart and coloring/shading, as well as a different outfit than what she usually wears, you add a surreal element to the picture. I suppose that's what you intend, with a name like "Blaze's dream." Though I find myself asking what exactly this picture means in terms of the title, i.e. what exactly this dream represents.

With her clothes, those soft colours, and the look on her eyes is how she can be sweet an the background means how much personality and temper she has and also how powerfull she is. It's like she's traped between a soft girl and a strong girl...
I don't know if this ansewrs your question, but it's more or less like this...
