A tweak of by

I've got into the habit of picking up something to tweak and learn more from at 6 o'clock in the morning.
Couldn't resist this one.
What I did - dropped iterations on Surf formula to 1, took out hard light and automatic depths. Pulled out a fair bit and tweaked Menger. Cut the iterations down to 101 (I always allow a couple extra to play with).
Took the far plane back a bit, reset the colour and added that blue/white map that ships with all versions. I've recently started dropping the Rotation Bailout which, I think, helps with colouring so this is 300. I always change Stepwidth limiter to 1 and took the depth of environment down to 0.3
