Part 13:-

Daryl & Toby wander among the ruins in one of the Hallways not really sure what they are looking for....Daryl picks up a photo from behind an old radiator. It is a badly stained group shot of some of the hospital staff. He shows it to Toby and they both burst out laughing, as it appears that the janitor had got himself into the picture without the staff knowing.
