God, does anyone know how to make the tilde work?

Anyway, OMGWTFBBQ I made a doll! I haven't done that in forever! I wopuld have uploaded it sooner but it was on my old computer that has no Internet so I had to get a floppy disk and...well, you get the idea. One day I was sooooo bored and my mom was using this computer so I made a doll with a base that I already had on the computer. It was soooo magical!

It's of my HPRP character, Chanella Vayara, and it's the best one I've ever made of her.....Way better than the one where her hair was purple.......*cringe* I didn't even pixel shade on that one! *double cringe*
