Description Before you ask, No I'm not a dub hater, this is just a shot at Viz for changing the name of Szayel's Zanpakutou in both the English Dub and the English Manga

You'd think in show filled with blood, death, occasional sexual references (Kon obsession with breasts for example) and swearing, you think "Fornicaras" would be fine...

I personally hate english dub, my friends like it because they say it makes it so that they can focus on the fighting insead of reading. If it's not the original, I don't even try to get into it.

i personally dont mind either. i mean, yes, it is good to hear and watch something in your own language, but then again, sometimes the english voice actors/actresses can get a little cheesey with the way they say their lines. the subs can be annoying at first, but your eyes eventually adjust to it and then your basically using your periferal vision to read the subs.

I like the English dubs. Why? Because I can understand them and because I can't multi task,now I'm not bashing you but it erks me when people think all English dubs are terrible and go on and on about them. Again no disrespect in anyway,so they pronounce the character's name wrong is it really the end of the world? Funimation and Viz do a fantastic job with dubbing and uncutness in my opinion. I love reading,but why read something on my tv screen when I can simply enjoy reading a good book or comic huh?

His zanpakutō is called FornicarΓ‘s (ι‚ͺ淫妃 (フォルニカラス) Forunikarasu?, Spanish for "Fornicator," kanji translates as "Lewd Princess"
