I spent the weekend and Mon/Tues before ANZAC day in Dunedin with my girlfriend, basically driving around doing all the touristy stuff we weren't able to do as students (mostly through lack of having a car
).This is Tunnel Beach, named after the tunnel that was carved through the surrounding cliffs down to the beach. The tunnel was built by John Cargill (the son of the founder of Dunedin) so that his daughters would have a private beach to swim at. This morning we had it all to ourselves.
