What did you do to Rosie that's digital? I'm not a fan of digital art so don't make me be mad at you because I already know you know how to draw great. She's adorable and I'll try not to hold the digital against you.

Rosie is a combination of pencil sketch... scanned in... then fur was highlighted in photoshop and the tint changed
I actually make most of my freelance income from digital work since that is what the customers normally want and need. If there is overlap, it is because I am making an effort to keep my hand in traditional to keep my skills up.
I just did 3 digital paintings on commission yesterday. You wont see many here because they are done for another person.

Traditional works are not going anywhere.
I went to art school back when all we had were traditional means to create work.
These are things that need to be talked about with the art community. Ultimately, digital is just another tool. You'd be relieved to know that traditional art has surged despite digital art avalanche.
In the photography world, many film photographers are having to make the switch to digital because traditional films and processing places are vanishing.
