the imperial garden of monte, near funchal, madeira.nikon d70s + bw 64x grey for the kitshy water effect.
i did have a nicer few of the area, but it came out blurred, because a nasty swan nearby took it upon himself to bite me and rock the tripod. evil bird. *waves fist*

well, i DO like being somewhere where i don't meet fellow germans all the time. english is understood on madeira, so you won't face any problems.

Very nice composition. Love the balance in the shot, and the contrast created by the more autumnal-colored leaves versus the greener foliage really stands out to me.
