Description
So some zombie stole the last slice of pizza out of Alex's fridge and she wasn't too chuffed. Chased the sod outside only to be greeted by a bunch of his buddies . Good thing Alex has the "Alter-ego with the scariest length whip in the world" handy, or she'd probably get a hand lost trying to get that pizza slice back....on the other hand who'd want to touch a slice of pizza after a zombie's been handling it? AFK should have let it slide. That and trying to whip a pizza slice out of thier hands and not get the entire hand , the nieghbor's cat, granny smith from down the lane and a postbox with it is a problem. Better get the sword out instead.
Playing around with the Watercolour brushes in PSelements for this one. I used to do loads of water colour paintings when I was in school and art college, feels good to have a throwback again

Very nice, this has to be one of my favorites so far. I love the high contrast lighting effect and I think it's more effective than a gradual blending would have been.
This pic is full of energy and I love AFK's dramatic expression. She does look like she could kick the butt of anything.
Must be tough for Granny Smith living in this world. I don't imagine old folks fare too well against the forces of the undead.

Granny's situation is probably something like this
Zombie shows up to eat her. AFK/Von Slayer shows up to save the day.
Zombie : Blaaaaaarg.
Von Slayer lets fly with the whip, misses Granny and the Zombie, whip goes all the way down to the freaking coast and snags a Tugboat. Tugboat is dragged all the way up to the street where it gets dumped on the zombie. Hopefully the zombie didnt get to granny but the time the boat gets there.
AFK/Von Slayer : Ok wasn't quite as planned but saved anyways. Seeyas!
Otherwise Granny is so screwed.

I have to say, that's a good, quality whip. 
Have you thought of writing out anything with these characters in a comic format? It seems like a natural fit.

I've got write-ups for a comic with AFK and a gaggle of freaks, but also trying to refine some more designs for the rest of the cast (I'll be posting model sheets of the AFK cast over the next week or so ) and also a general backstory.
