As my manz said, I have heard this scene parodied and lampooned before, but never have I seen it used in such an oddly fitting context, such as with SSBB.
Wolf is a perfect foil for Vegeta: ruthless, an accomplished fighter, slickly attired, and used to being in charge. His diminutive size next to the robust Bowser helps to make the connection with the sinister Nappa, as well. And Sonic, as the cool hero that arrives in the knick of time--priceless. The similarities between the "Super Saiyan" and "Super Sonic" transformation are equally indeliable and therefore appropriate.
The transcription of the scene itself from Dragon Ball Z is spot on, as well.
Each of the characters are rendered well. The simplified form is a bit cavalier, in fact. I particularly like Wolf's expression of frustration and Bowser's expression of shock and amazement. Makes me nostalgic for that show again. Very well done, on the whole.
