How the hell did you do that in one layer? Did you draw the animal on one layer than merged the background with the animal or were you just really careful on the outline of the animal?

xD no i drew it all on one layer. Its just like painting on a real canvas, you just paint over mistakes you make, its not as hard as it sounds.
