x3 it depends on what you are used with, I used a mouse for 3 years and it didnt bother me. The tools you use or the programs you use doesnt make the art, the artist does.

do you use a specific brush to create those leaves and scales? And what brush is that translucent thick highlighter-thing you used for the background and some spots on the ground? ;; this is awesome

Very nice tutorial, But i think you could make a separate tutorial going into more detail with the grayscale....
Not many people understand the grayscale step so it would be cool to make a part 2 xD

how long to big, detailed pieces like this usually take you to finish?

Great lesson! One day I shall have to watch an artist doing digital art so I can better understand layers, and the use of the grayscale layer to check values. I also like your teaching on the tricks of depth and back- and fore-grounds....
