I decided to add here some more info about story behind this art! It's a little bit of a vent art about depression but mostly related to my OC's backstory.
As a child Haku used to travel to the spirit world with his uncle who was the main creator of the portal to this world. One time an evil spirit tried to possess Haku and the only way to prevent it was to close the portal on Haku's arm that was already infected by the spirit. After the accident Haku in some way exists in two worlds at the same time what gave him the ability to talk, see and influence spirits. However after losing his arm he experiences strong phantom pains, as well nightmares of the evil spirit still haunt him. After years this eventually led to painkillers addiction and depression; he also struggles with body image issues about his scars ("spirit's marks") and prosthetic arm. Haku has suicide thoughts but still tries to do his best.

Mostly his own demons! It's actually about his whole backstory but in short: nightmares about an evil spirit that tried to possess him when he was a child still haunt him and he experiences strong phantom pains after losing an arm. Everything eventually led to painkillers addiction and depression.
