He was willing to sink to the lowest depths to complete his agenda, willing to dispose of anyone or anything that interfered. He'd also be willing to brutally mince up sheep or humans to make more valuable dog food. He appeared in the film A Close Shave.

Feathrts McGraw is a silent, yet sinister, penguin that first appeared in the film The Wrong Trousers. He is a notorious criminal mastermind and bird of many faces - long thought to be a chicken, McGraw was actually exposed as a penguin, when his plan to rob a museum of precious diamonds was foiled by Wallace and Gromit.

Philip is Victor's vicious but dimwitted hunting dog who from the film Curse of the Were-Rabbit.
