Description It was supposed to be a quick warm up sketch, you know, something loose to get the hands flowing for the actual project I wanted to work on. Many hours later here we are.

I am incredibly excited for the upcoming episodes [which is probably where the fanart came from] -- it looks like we may finally be getting closer to the whole Rose Quartz/Pink Diamond mystery being at least SOMEWHAT touched upon like good god. 

Anyway, hope you like it and don't crucify me if neither character looks like what you have in your own head my hand had a mind of its own this time and I just rolled with it~~~

And YEAH!! I am, ooo that show has gotten so deep into my feelings! It was so unexpected, but happened, the Pear x Rose chapters... o wow... they hurt so much, i've lived similar things, so yeah... they hurt... how advanced you are in the series? My fav gems are Pearl, Lapis abd Jasper, all equally, ... when you analize ot they all have troubled feelings and suffering, i think that's the reason haha.

i've seen all the episodes it started out as mild curiosity, and suddenly, next thing I know I'm 35 episodes in season 1 and not sure how that happened lol. it's really hard to pick a fave gem! they all have such complex personalities and histories, i appreciate them all in different ways. in a very broad, general sense Garnet seems to be my favorite most of the time -- mostly because i love how calm she is about everything. also, that futuresight is super useful! Pearl though, i love her quirks and i am SO CURIOUS ABOUT HER PAST LIKE OMG, i can't even. i'm so excited for the next episodes. i'm really hoping we get some more information about her and Rose and Pink Diamond. *fingers crossed*
