Yes Lucien, you are back again and I am loving it... even if I wish you'd shut up sometimes lol XDI imagine this being the first time he summoned by his son Ethaniel. All Jr knows is that he is calling forth a spirit- he has no idea that it's his own father. Once the enemy is defeated and the dust settles, he has a better look at him... and ohmygod the emotions!

...Okay, up until now, I've seen one or two works from you, and simply rolled my eyes- and even snickered a bit at the comic where lucien decides to torture his "son" by going into details about the night of his conception. But to outright give Lucien angel wings?! Okay, look, I'll admit it's possible Lucien could develop some sort of relationship with the champion of Cyrodiil (personally, I'd think falling in love would be a big stretch for someone like Lucien), but the guy was a borderline sociopath ! He not only took delight in murdering people, but worshiped someone who killed her newborn children for the glory of her so called "god"! (which REALLY says a lot about how he might treat children of his own) Why would you portray someone life THAT as having angel wings ?? It makes not sense! Please, just...just explain to me the appeal of Lucien (And please don't tell me that it's because he has a "sexy voice", or some other shallow reason like that) I DO apologize if I'm wrong and you do know that Lucien is basically a bit of a morally bankrupt murderer, and this is just some sort of romanticized version of Lucien where he ISN'T a high ranking member of a group if sadistic, fanatically-religious murderers.
My bafflement over lucien's treatment aside this is, admittedly, a very nice piece of artwork. It has a very "angelic return" to it, like some sort of paladin or something has returned to bring hope and faith back to his people.

I cannot speak on the behalf of all people who like Lucien, as many are simply just fangirls who wet their panties whenever his name is mentioned. I admit, a few years ago when I first played Oblivion I liked him because of the sexy voice and the "I'm a dick and better than all of you so kiss my ass" attitude that he had. But I was 14. And stupid. And a fan girl. (Guess I still am, in ways.)
Now I'm 17 (and granted, still stupid) and I now have an actual, legit and perhaps non-bullshit reason as to why I like him.
To put it simply, I'm tired of "heroes".
To put it in longer, more complicated terms, I like the fact that he's not some romanticized, perfect, hunky hunk of a hero that'll sweep a damsel in distress off her feet to the back of his brilliant and shiny white steed that looks like it's been force fed some righteous steroids.
No, Lucien's more the guy to steal her purse then proceed to stab her for the laughs.
No idea what liking a murderous sociopath says about my mental health, but moving on.
I like that he would rather murder some stranger on the street for "practice" than to help them find their way to the nearest tree to take a leak in private. (Again we're cycling back to mental issues.) What I'm trying to say is that he's a... Really, he's a breath of fresh air outside of the box of cliché heroes and heroines and ridiculously and unrealistically buff men that not even five minutes ago couldn't even lift a feather. But suddenly make him or her a hero and they're the most OP fucknuggets on this side of the universe.
I like Lucien because he's different from what we're used to in gaming, and really, there needs to be more people like him in games like this. (Not real life though, that would be bad.)

KABren I always love it when I sign onto DA and I see you've uploaded an art piece. This is so beautiful. The lovely colors in the background and the majesty of his wings. This is gorgeous portrayal of the Spectral Assassin you should feel so proud of this.
