Description A redesign of DC Comic’s Starfire. A friend of mine was upset about the lack of female characters with their own book’s in DC’s new 52; so I thought which of DC’s heroine’s could hold their own titles. The only rule was that these heroine’s couldn’t be derivitives of male hero’s (Batgirl, Batwoman, Powergirl, Supergirl, Mera (Aquaman’s wife).

I think Starfire could hold her own series; alien princess of a warlike race held as a slave for years, gaining superpowers and traveling the galaxy looking to fight evil (did I just describe space Conan?)

Anyway, I gave her a more modest outfit just so she wouldn’t look like a sexpot for once. Invincible space amazon’s can wear whatever the hell they want but at least show some sense. The starburst design is to give her some sort of symbol. It’s okay when heroes don’t have a large logo that’s shorthand for their name, but I do like the solid geometry it provides.

What do you all think?

I like it. Heroine's don't always need to reveal so much skin.

This looks awesome! I think so that she'd do well with her own series.
