Yeah I know that was his momma, but the way her one hand is open makes me think she's waving tell him to stop reading? That with the pink ribbon made me think that anyways.
Peace.

Oh. O.K.
No, her paw is like that because of the expression on his face- she knew that, once again, he'd gotten himself into some adventure.
The ribbon is typically a token of gratitude from a female on that world. So Mrs. Vixen guessed (rightly) that whatever he'd been in, there had been danger involved. It would not be the first time.

Not quite- if I ever get the book published, the story will be there- but there are clues in my gallery!
"Green Quartz!"

No, that's his mother. The letter had to do with a dream in the Land of the Green Quartz.

Glad I figured out how to use that scanner! Works better than the camera for this sort of thing!

It's an old Dell A940 Scanner/Copier/Printer. Often doesn't print right (not a big problem, since I use it for scanning only).
It does a nice job on colors, but its maximum resolution is "300 DPI," so when you look at the prints I'm selling (well, trying to...), those are as big as I can make them, even with the largest "supercopies."
Still, it costs nothing to use it, and without it I can do nothing, so who am I to complain?
