Hello, I'm back, kind of, happy news years, been busy these couple of days due to new years so haven't been posting as often. Summer uni course soon, so I'll post less often, I'll still post every couple of days though. Anyway

Some lore

COBRA. Capture-Obstruct-Block-Repel-Assassinate. A suit specifically designed to specialise in various operations, as noted by its name, it specialised in one on one duels, capable of using its long range melee weapon to space and limit opponent movement, which combined with the paralytic gas allows for easy captures or assassination.

1. Viperean Mask. Has a wide screen for close combat vision, while Cobra-people are resistant to their own poisons, they are not immune, hence why the helmet is airtight, there are 2 flashlights attached to the side which allows increased vision when the poisonous gas gets thicker in extended combat.

2. Backshroud, a large armoured frame that protects the user back and side completely, it's large size allows for extra storage in this case for more liquid narcotics. It's round shape helps deflect projectiles, which allows it to be thinner and lighter than it otherwise would be. A downside is due to its large size, it prevents vision behind the user and can be difficult to use in small spaces.

3. Gas channels, the operator can control the strength, the amount and the speed at which the gas can be expelled by opening and closing channels.

4. Gaseous environment. The backshroud can process and expel various gases out of 4 openings with 2 different effects, paralysis and poison, extended use creates a temporary smokescreen.

5. Automated tail unit controls. Due to the complexity of the tail unit, the controls require both arms to operate and are located at the base of the tail, behind the user. Whist the location of the controls may seem to be obstructing movement, the tail unit's acts as a much longer opposable limb, in addition, Cobra-people do not normally use their limbs, especially their arms, the frontline feedback came back positively for the location of the controls. (For a cobra design to work, I had to somehow hide human limbs so how so the snake outline comes through)

6. Ancient Vipearean armour. A type of Vipearean leg armour created using ancient vipearean technique which boost the energy levels of Vipearean limbs (Cobra-people are a subset of Vipeareans) hence allowing their normally lethargic limbs to move quickly. Unfortunately most this technique has been lost to time.

7. Automated tail unit. Culturally, longer organic tails are said to be more attractive to vipeareans, however the suit can be customised to be used by operator with tails and no organic tails. The tail unit's length is highly customisable, but as the tail gets longer, the time require to maintain and clean it increases drastically. The tail is strong enough to strangle or tie up its opponents and can be used as a whip to accelerate the tip to extreme speeds.

8. Vipearean Spear. The tip can be pulled straight to act as a spear but can also be relaxed to create a serrated blade, the blade tips can spin to slash and stab in every direction.

9. Sesame, that her name, yep. A tailless vipearean, she doesn't mind the small stuff, and is very easy going.
